Welcome to DB Health and Nutrition ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any of our 30, 60, or 90-day one-to-one programs ("Programs") or digital products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer

By purchasing our Programs, you declare that you are medically fit to undertake a health and nutrition program. You acknowledge that:

  • Our Programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • You should consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or exercise program.

  • You understand the risks associated with changes in diet and exercise, and you accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing in participating in our Programs.

3. Program Participation

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history as requested.

  • You understand that the results of the Programs may vary based on individual health conditions and adherence to the program guidelines.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for our Programs are available up until the first consultation call or 14 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.

  • Digital products, including guides and recipe books, are non-refundable due to their nature. Once these products are delivered, all sales are final.

5. WhatsApp Support - Fair Usage Policy

My programs include WhatsApp support to help you stay on track and answer any questions you may have. To ensure fair usage and maintain high-quality support for all clients, we have implemented the following Fair Usage Policy:

  • Support Hours: WhatsApp support is available during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Irish time).

  • Response Time: I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business hours.

  • Message Volume: While I am here to support you, excessive messaging or inappropriate use of the service may lead to limitations being placed on your access to WhatsApp support. I define excessive messaging as sending more than 10 messages per day or requiring more than 30 minutes of support per day on average or over 2 hours per week.

If we determine that your usage exceeds the fair usage limits, we will notify you and work together to find a solution that meets your needs while ensuring fair access for all clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DB Health and Nutrition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Programs or any information provided in relation to our Programs or digital products.

7. Governing Law
